The ranch consists of 4,117 acres with 1,348 acres of deeded lands and 2,769 acres of State of Colorado lands. A native meadow pasture consisting of about 380 acres lies in front of the headquarters. 1,014 acres are deeded native pasture and there are 126 acres of deeded dry farmland. The ranch has excellent fence and water is provided by good wells and pipeline. The soils are sandy loams with good quality grasses consisting of both cool season and warm season plants.
